These Terms and Conditions are ONLY for the possible purchase by us, of a metal detector, from you.

FORM
The 'Sell your detector' form is for Information purposes only.
By filling in the form and sending to us, you are declaring that all information on the form is correct and accurate.
Any description (inc photo's) must be of the metal detector stated on the form.
The Metal Detector stated on the form must be one currently on our 'will buy' list.
The metal detector (and any accessories) MUST belong to you and not be borrowed, hired, under any credit agreement, and be totally legitimate.
By sending us the completed form, neither you, nor us, are under any obligation, to either party, to sell, or buy any Items, whether stated on the form or not.
Either you, or us, may withdraw from the transaction at any time and without any explanation, penalties or fees.

OUR OFFER
On receiving your completed form, we will assess the information it contains and decide on an offer to make, (this process may take up to 24 hrs, depending when we receive the form etc).
Any offer we make will be for the metal detector, and any metal detecting accessories stated on the form.
Our offer will then be emailed to you at the email address stated on the same form as the metal detector.
The offer will be valid for 4 weeks (28 days) from the date we send the offer email.
The offer will be non-negotiable and is a one time offer per form submission.

OUR GUARANTEE
The offer we make will be guaranteed to last for the full 28 days stated.
We also guarantee that the offer will not decrease within the 28 days, providing...
a). Neither party has withdrawn from the transaction (as stated in the 'FORM' section above).
b). The Metal detector (and any accessories) are as described on the form.
This guarantee may be withdrawn due to...
i). Extreme or unforeseen circumstances i.e. serious illness, legal requirement, etc.
ii). The Metal detector (or any accessories) are NOT as described on the form.

ACCEPT/DECLINE (you)
On receiving our offer email, you may either ignore, decline, or accept it.
If you choose to NOT take us up on our offer, you may either...
a). Do Nothing. (The 28 day guarantee will lapse, the offer will expire, and that's the end of it.)
b). Reply to our offer email and simply decline.
c). Click the 'DECLINE' link in our offer email.

If you would like to accept our offer, we request that you either...
i). Reply to our offer email stating you accept.
ii). Click the 'ACCEPT' button on our offer email.

POSTING/VIEWING THE DETECTOR
On your acceptance of our offer, we will contact you by either phone or email to arrange possible means of collection or delivery.
There are Three possible options available for us to view the detector, depending on distance and convenience...
a). We come to you and view the detector.
b). You bring the detector to us (if more convenient for you).
c). You post the detector to us.
If the detector needs to be posted to us, the method of postage must be - Tracked, Insured, and Signed for.
You will initially pay the postage cost. However, this will be reimbursed to you (on successful completion of any purchase only).
Once we have viewed the detector, we will let you know immediately (by phone, email, in person) whether we Accept or Decline to purchase.

DECLINE (by us)
Should the detector be NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE FORM, we will unfortunately have to rescind our offer and Decline to purchase. Therefore PLEASE ensure all descriptions are completely accurate.
If the detector was posted to us, there will be no reimbursement of your initial postage costs.
We will return the detector (and all accessories it came with) when the RETURN postage (Tracked, Insured, and Signed for) has been paid for by you, to the address specified by you via email.

ACCEPT (by us)
We will immediately pay the amount offered (plus any postage costs if applicable).
Payment will be either by...
a). Cash (only if viewing was person to person).
b). Paypal.
c). Bank transfer.

CONCLUSION
The Transaction will be deemed Concluded when...
a). We receive no contact from you within 28 days of our Offer email date.
b). You have Declined our offer and received our 'decline confirmation' email.
c). We 'Decline to purchase' and have returned the detector.
d). Full payment has been paid to you, by us.
